A luxary Frangrance manufacturing company with an International footprint is looking for a young, and dynamic Sales Rep to join their team in JHB.

This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary.

On a practical level, this role involves:

  • Researching quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
  • Organising leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential client
  • Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for Branch Managers
  • Follow up after meetings to close deals
  • Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good High School results with passes for all subjects
  • University/College Degree/Diploma of any background with all subjects passed advantageous
  • Cold-calling, sales experience or general work experience beneficial

SKILL SET AND DESIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent command of the English language (proper use of grammar and sentence structuring essential)
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
