Overseeing daily operations across all 10 businesses to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement to achieve business objectives.
Leading and motivating a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Acting as a strategic partner to the business owner, providing insights and recommendations for growth and expansion.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Managing resources effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
Addressing operational issues promptly and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:
