Job Description To provide tools and management information to support business strategy, by developing dialler strategies and managing day to day dialler operations
  • Dialer management
  • Campaign and leads distribution
  • Dialer MIS – campaigns, staff optimization, capacity planning
  • IT/system related role to support collections/sales/operations function
  • Contribute to the delivery of business results (e.g. cash collected, leads converted) through dialer campaigns
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through
  • proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Develop campaigns and load onto dialer to drive collections/sales/operations strategy within agreed turnaround times and deadlines
  • Minimise dialer and agent downtime by planning effective campaigns with appropriate workload and balancing of workload between collectors
  • Produce accurate MIS to develop campaigns and track dialer performance, track campaign progress and provide feedback.
  • Ensure that poor data integrity does not compromise campaign efficiency
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies
