Introduction JD Group (Hifi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells and Rochester) invites people who are interested in applying for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership. We are looking for young, vibrate and passionate individuals to partake on a 12 month Wholesale & Retail SETA funded Learnership. These individuals will play an exciting role in growing their career in the JD Group (Hifi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells and Rochester). We are offering candidates a great opportunity to enter the World of Work. This program’s major goal is to develop individuals who will bring their potential to the organisation. The successful candidates will gain experience in many areas in wholesale and retail. We are offering Learnerships in the Retail Sector in all 9 provinces. Aspects to be covered during Learnership in store (12 Months):
  • Assist customer on the shop floor (Customer service)
  • Marketing and Merchandise and maintain displays
  • English language fundamentals
  • Math fundamentals
  • Recording transactions and processing payment on the POS System
  • Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
  • Opening new accounts
  • Maintaining and controlling stock losses

  • Be in possession of a Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
  • Be a South African citizen with NO criminal record

  • Certified copies (not older than 3 months) of ID, certificates/qualifications, transcript/tertiary results (if applicable)
