Personal Assistant – Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

Bsure Insurance Advisors are looking for a dynamic, well-presented Personal assistant to join our team and work hand in hand with our CEO.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant and should be able to work exceptionally well under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification – highly beneficial
  • 3 years experience as a personal assistant
  • Travel arrangement (international & domestic) – Required

Package & Remuneration:
