Job Advert Summary

Clover has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative officer to join the Factory shop team in Port Elizabeth. The purpose of this position is to Provide administrative support and services. The successful candidate will be required to ocassionally stand in for the teller. Requirements and responsibilities are as follows.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
  • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
  • Good customer relations and communication skills
  • Above average numerical skills
  • Business English: Fluent
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
  • Good computer knowledge on internal and external programs (Pastel)
  • Be able to occasionally work afterhours and weekends
  • Code 08 Drivers license and own vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks

  • Compile reports
  • Conduct Monthly staff meetings
  • Approve daily clock ins and leave
  • Capturing of received good for selling purposes
  • Ensure correctness of received stock

Fulfill function/department specific role

  • Daily cash up of cash registers
  • Daily banking of cash
  • Leading merchandisers and cashiers on daily tasks
  • Ensuring discipline within the factory shop
  • Managing internal and external customers
  • Ensure visibility of POS material
  • Ensure excellent housekeeping
