We would like to hire a Bookkeeper to take care of all our company day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable and reconciliation tasks. To do well in this role you should have previous experience as a Bookkeeper.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Understanding accounting best practices
  • Knowledge of IFRS, or another accounting framework
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and organization skills
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is an Advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month
