Own vehicle is required, with at least three years experience in restaurant management.
Must have excellent people skills to deal with both customers and restaurant employees.
Must have solid back of house experience and knowledge in stock/cost control.
Experience on GAAP.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge.

Manage staff.
