Experienced kitchen manager required for a busy café on Bree Street.

Our ideal candidate will have :-

  • Head chef or kitchen management experience in a catering company
  • Head chef experience in either a catering company or a restaurant
  • A love for creating fresh, healthy and wholesome food
  • The ability to work in a small space, under pressure
  • The ability to organise, plan and run a very busy kitchen that produces for the cafe, take-aways, deliveries and catering job under tight schedules. Its busy here.

Your duties and responsibilities include:-

Managing the kitchen staff

On-the-job training of kitchen staff

Inventory control

Production control

Hygiene and safety

Overseeing kitchen operations and profitability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
