Currently we are searching for an Operations Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Assist the Operations Director in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to production, inventory, and operations.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems for inventory management, production planning, and other operational functions.

Requirements of this Post:

  • Business degree or diploma.
  • Three years experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
