Technical Architect (CCIE Certified)

Overview: NSC Global is currently looking for a team of Technical Architect to join our growing company.
Technical Architect is a client-facing role, acting as a senior technical leader in Global Client Services Delivery and has demonstrable experience scoping and delivering large/complex technical projects while equally being able to perform delivery tasks such as create/implement detailed designs and device configurations Responsibilities:

• Build credibility with clients by being able to explain technical concepts and available solution options to technical and non-technical audiences
• Assist Pre-Sales in scoping project deliverables accurately
• Ensure Delivery teams have clear understanding of objectives of Professional Services engagements as well as the end-to-end delivery activities required to achieve success
• Deliver high-quality technical & professional services on all client engagements
• Ensure on-going quality and client satisfaction of Professional Services engagements by reviewing and providing feedback on project deliverables
• Pro-actively identify, communicate and manage risks to delivery and associated mitigations
• Develop and manage remediation plans to resolve project escalations
• Reporting to the Head of Global Client Services Delivery

Qualifications: Requirements

• CCIE Certified
• Client-focused, “make it happen” attitude
• Meets the requirements of at least one of the technical specialisations in the “Technical Specialisations” table below
• Recognised as a technology lead and solution-level decision maker
• 10 years+ experience in the IT industry, and at least 5 years in a client-facing IT delivery role
• Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Desirable

• Experience in pre-sales and/or project management of technical projects
• Bachelors degree (Engineering or Science) in a Computing or IT field
• Able to travel (nationally and internationally)
• Security cleared (SC or in-country equivalent)
• Ability to communicate at a technical level in a second language is beneficial

Specialisation Requirements Desirable
R&S Enterprise

v Hands-on solution design and implementation experience with various mid-range and high-end Cisco routing and switching platforms

v Expert-level knowledge and recent experience in delivering routing/switching solutions (fully-qualified CCIE, e.g. Routing & Switching, or ACDX)

v Experience with a broad range of network technology vendors (e.g. Aruba, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, Bluecoat)

v Awareness of SD-WAN solutions & products

v Hands-on solution design and implementation experience with HPE/Aruba platforms (e.g. 5400/2900-series LAN switches, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central)

v Hands-on solution design and implementation experience with SD-WAN solutions (any vendor)

v Hands-on solution design and implementation experience with F5 platforms

v Scripting/programming experience (any language)
