We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will assist the Marketing Specialist with all B2B marketing activities from internal support of the sales team to digital marketing and brand management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Marketing specialist with conducting market research and the execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Optimise and manage website content and digital advertising management.
  • Design and implement successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Compile monthly reports and track the campaign progress and success.
  • Daily community management of Social Media platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar and assist with event management.
  • Ensure brand consistency and brief external suppliers e.g., video creation.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks i.e., administration tasks, budgets etc.
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Assistance with monthly billing recons and invoices.
  • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field (Advantageous).
  • Marketing certifications (Marketing management, Digital marketing, google ads certification, communications, design)- Advantageous.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools or applications:
  • WordPress – content management systems (websites)
  • HubSpot – marketing automation tools
  • CRM e.g. Salesforce
  • Adobe – design tools
  • Online advertising platforms
  • Web analytics tools – Google Analytics etc.
  • Webinar applications – Zoom etc. for running online events
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, & web analytics.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages.
