Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Front Office/ Guide Couple

5* Boutique Safari Lodge- Greater Kruger Area

Exceptional lodge is looking for an outgoing, independent and well experienced junior manager and field guide couple to contribute to creating a perfect safari atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

Junior Manager

  • At least 2 years Hospitality experience in a supervisory/manager role (4/5 star lodge)
  • In depth understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Operations
  • Excellent Reservations experience- InnKeeper knowledge a huge benefit
  • Previous 5 star experience essential
  • Excellent Customer Relations
  • Strong admin skills- Cash ups, stock takes, HR etc
  • Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Professional and well groomed
  • Energetic and a hosting guru

Field Guide

  • Minimum of 2 years guiding experience in a 4/5 star establishment in a Big 5 area.
  • Grade 12
  • FGASA Level 1 or higher
  • ARH and Rifle proficiency
  • First Aid level 1
  • Driver’s License and Pr-DP- Own transport
  • Strong Maintenance Skills- General and Vehicle
  • Excellent hosting skills- will help host at service times
