Requirements

  • A minimum of a national diploma supported by industry
specific /related SAP certification / B Degree with SAP

professional experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years SAP experience
  • Working understanding and configuration of Solution
Manager and SAP Landscape

Key Performance Areas

  • Develop and deliver business solutions for business
requirements across functional streams to provide an

expert resource service in meeting business needs

  • Gather, research, interpret and analyse complex business
requirements, and recommend solutions across ERP

  • Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
  • Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to
ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders

  • Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required
by business regarding their needs

  • Process service requests and provide user support
  • Mentor and coach staff
