About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and creative Meta Ads Manager who will create, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve the companys marketing objectives. The ideal candidate must have the skills to analyze data, identify target audiences, and craft compelling ad creatives, along with proven experience in driving quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and increasing ROI.

Experience in contractor marketing or the home services niche is a must.

Additionally, proficiency in lead generation for small contractors is preferred.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Develop comprehensive Meta advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Meta advertising efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Set up, launch, and monitor Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Create ad copies, headlines, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
