Our school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a strong understanding of child development principles, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 2-5 years old.
2. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment where children can learn and grow.
3. Design and implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
4. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s individual needs and development.
5. Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administrators.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
7. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and events as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
3. Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members.
6. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
