RFM ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Trafalgar’s Durban branch is looking for a driven, dynamic & proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry, to join our team as an RFM Accounts Administrator .The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure to join the vibrant team.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Receiving of all regional and national invoices for capturing and allocating accordingly
- Recovering of funds from regions on the national accounts
- Reconciliations of all service provider accounts
- Ensuring invoices are paid promptly
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Bank Account capturing and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts with the Regional Financial Manager
- Sourcing of quotations and placement of all business procurements
- Maintain Petty Cash/ reimbursements/ reconciliations and replenishments
- Creating Business Debtor Accounts and issuing invoices to clients
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures and regulations both internally and externally
- Preparation of various other monthly reports to support budget tracking and business analytics
- Trust Creditor and Client Bank Account verifications and loading of same, this also includes Business creditors
- Supportive role to the Cash Office Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Hands on experience with various software is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
- Bookkeeping Certificate/Diploma
- 3 years’ experience in an accounting role.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must enjoy working with figures
