Currently we are searching for a Project Coordinator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Liaise with different service providers, via email and telephonically.
  • Facilitate meetings with the project manager throughout the project life cycle.
  • Place different types of orders with service providers.
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Follow through on the ordering process.
  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers.

Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Three to five years as Project Coordinator.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) – particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to create the ultimate customer experience by delivering optimal customer service.
