New Business Appointment Setter (Expert)

An international IT Services and System Provider is seeking a professional and highly experienced New Business Appointment Setter, with a proven track record, to join our team in Cape Town.

The role will include generating leads, schedule appointments, and setting the platform for the New Business team by be engaging directly with potential clients in the UK market.

The role includes:

· Lead generation and appointment setting through contact with SME businesses in the UK market.

· Engaging prospects, providing information regarding client services, and creating interest.

· Scheduling appointments with qualified leads for our sales representatives.

· Engaging and persuading prospects to explore our offerings.

· Adapt and innovate while engaging with potential clients.

Qualification & requirements:

· Tertiary Qualification advantageous

Experience & Qualities:

· 12 - 15 years of successful sales or sales calling experience (Inbound and Outbound).

· Experience in an international contact centre environment advantageous.

· Experience within the IT sector advantageous.

· Excellent communication skills in English for an International market.

· Proven track history of excelling in Sales KPI’s.

· Proven ability to set appointments/sell over the phone.
