Compile and submit quotations to customers within 24 hours. Follow up on each submitted quote three times. Provide daily feedback to the Department Manager....

Key Performance Duties:

  • Compile and submit quotations to customers within 24 hours
  • Follow up on each submitted quote three times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide daily feedback to the Department Manager
  • Compile a weekly operations report
  • Ensure the team meets predetermined targets
  • Foster and maintain a commitment to service excellence in all tasks, ensuring timely feedback and communication to customers

Must have responsibilities:

  • Grade 12 / Matric + 3 years’ relevant experience technical / parts knowledge
  • Advanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, cost management, and techniques for optimizing the efficient storage and distribution of products (equipment and parts)
